    1 lb Round Steak
    1 cup Canned Green Chilis
    2 cups Raw, Diced Potatoes
    1 cup Raw Onions
    16 ounces Bottled or Tap Water


1. In a large stew pot brown the round steak and onions over medium heat
2. Once browned, add in the other ingredients
3. Reduce heat and let simmer for at least 2 hours
