Introduction

High Fiber, High Protein breakfast burrito that will fill you up! High Fiber, High Protein breakfast burrito that will fill you up!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 eggs
    1/4 C milk
    1/4 C cheese
    1/4 C Salsa
    3 links Brown N' Serve sausage
    1/4 C bell pepper
    4 whole wheat tortilla's
    Pepper to taste

Directions

Beat eggs and milk together.
In a skillet warm the bell peppers, add the sausage after you have cut it into bite size pieces.
Add egg mixture, add pepper. Scramble. Add cheese and salsa just before serving.
Place 1/4 of mixture in each tortilla and ENJOY!
