    1 cup, diced Pineapple, fresh
    .5 cup Blackberries, fresh
    .5 serving great value greek nonfat yogurt (plain) - 1 c.
    240 gram(s) Great Value Unsweetened Almond Milk - 8 oz (by GODS_TEMPLE)
    20 gram Six Star Fit Protein Isolate French Vanilla protein powder (by OKMIZZFIT06)
    1 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)

Tips

I also added a packet of "green nutrient powder" for added benefit.


Directions

Add all ingredients to blender and blend to desired consistency
