Ingredients

    3.0 oz Cream Cheese
    4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 dash Salt
    0.13 tsp Cream Of Tartar
    1.0 tbsp Maple Grove Farms 100% Pure Maple Syrup
    Pinch of salt

Directions

Preheat oven 300 degrees F. Add tartar to egg whites, beat until forms stiff peaks. In other bowl add remaining ingredients, beat well. Fold yolk mixture into egg whites. Grease baking sheet. Spread mixture onto sheet, smooth out. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden. Cut into 16 equal pieces. Cool on rack. Refrigerate. Can be reheated in a toaster oven or eaten cold. Serving Size: Makes 16 - 5 inch rectangles
