Ingredients

8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
3 slices Sam's choice turkey bacon
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/2 cup, chopped Onions, raw, chopped
1 handful Dole Baby Fresh Spinach Fresh, chopped
4 tbsp Great Value 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
1/2 cup Cheese - Mozzarella, sargento reduced sodium, shredded
1/2 cup Half and Half Cream
1/2 cup Greek yogurt Fage, plain, 0% fat
1/2 cup Cheese: Sargento Reduced Fat Cheddar, shredded
Sometimes a chop up and add some sweet red, yellow and orange peppers (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 and grease 9" pie dish
Chop bacon and cook to desired crispness
Chop onion and garlic and saute in bacon grease or olive oil then add the baby spinach and wilt
In a large bowl crack eggs, add yogurt, cheese, half & half and whisk together
Add bacon and sauteed veggies, salt & pepper to taste
Pour into well grease pie dish and cook for 40 minutes
