Introduction
The carcass of a rotisserie chicken always has a little more chicken to give up. In this case, 5 ounces. Healthy, low fat/low sodium chicken broth or chicken stock is always in my pantry. Onions, carrots, celery and garlic are, too. And so a chicken noodle soup is born. The carcass of a rotisserie chicken always has a little more chicken to give up. In this case, 5 ounces.
