.25 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend
1 dash Pepper, black

You can make several servings at the time, just by multiplying the amounts necessary according to the servings needed.
Directions
Chop the vegetables.
In a nonstick skillet place the butter and heat it in medium, until melted.
Place the chopped vegetables, add the Turmeric, black pepper and Mrs. Dash. Cooke them until soft.
Add the Egg- beaters, spreading evenly over the vegetables. Let is set and carefully flip it over.
Enjoy this healthy dish for breakfast.
