Ingredients

    Tuna, Starkist Chunk White Albacore in Water
    Large Original Low Carb Tortilla
    Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light, 1 tbsp
    Lemon juice, juice of half a lemon
    Celery, raw, 1 samll stalk, diced
    Roasted Red Peppers, 1 half
    Lettuce (any type) a couple of pieces

Directions

Prepare 1 can tuna with mayonnaise, lemon juice and celery stalk. Lay out tortilla, place lettuce leaves on center of tortilla, spoon prepared tuna on top of lettuce, place roasted red pepper on top of tuna, roll tortilla to form wrap. Enjoy!!
