Ingredients

    3 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    0.25 tsp Salt
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    3 tbsp Butter, salted
    1 tsp Powdered Sugar
    2 large (1-3/8" dia) Strawberries, fresh
    0.2 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)

Directions

Sift together sugar, flour and salt. Beat eggs and milk together. Very gradually add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring to mix. Beat with an egg beater or wire whisk to remove lumps. Melt butter in a glass deep dish pie plate. Pour batter in pie plate and butter will come up along sides and top. Bake for 35 minutes at 375 degrees. Cut in 8 slices. Top with powered sugar, strawberries, blueberries or any fruit preserve or topping.
