Ingredients

    1 cup Great Value Penne Pasta - Whole Wheat
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 cup Asparagus, fresh
    .50 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 tsp (C) Garlic, minced (by SHEILAHARVILLE)
    8 oz Shrimp, cooked
    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    0.25 tsp Crushed Red Pepper (by BACORONA)
    1 oz Sprouts shredded Parmesan
    1 serving Hunts diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano-14.5oz

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain.

While pasta cooks, heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add asparagus, onion, garlic, and shrimp; sauté for 5 minutes. Add oregano, pepper, and tomatoes; cook over medium-low heat 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir in cooked pasta; sprinkle with cheese.
