Ingredients

    1 cup Yellow Cornmeal
    3 cup Milk, 1%
    1 Serving(s) Pure protein
    2 serving Smart Balance, Smart Balance Omega Plus Buttery Spread, 1 Tbsp
    1 tsp Salt
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    24 tsp Splenda
    6 tsp packed Brown Sugar
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.05 cup Flour, whole grain

Directions

Add milk, salt, 0.5 cups splenda and protein powder to cornmeal heat over medium heat stirring constantly until consistency of oatmeal. Add margarin stir to incorporate. Meanwhile mix 0.25 cups of splenda, brown sugar, flour, and 0.75 teaspoons cinnamon in a separate bowl. In another bowl combine remaining cinnamon and Splenda. Beat eggs and add to cornmeal mixture and place half the mixture in a 9x9 greased pan. Sprinkle the brown sugar mix over the top. Carefully spread the rest of the cornmeal mixture over the strusel being careful not to mix the strusel and cornmeal. Finally cover the top with the cinnamon and "sugar". Cook for 45 minutes at 350. The bread should pull away from the sides but still be very moust Serving Size: Makes 8 pieces
