Ingredients
2 medium Zucchini, baby
2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)
2 serving Sugar Snap Peas, Raw ` edible-podded, raw [Snowpeas, Sugar snap peas] 10 pea pods 34g
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
2 strip, medium Carrots, raw
2 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade
6 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
1 oz Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, roasted and toasted
Directions
Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add cooked chicken breast and chopped veggies cook for 4 to 5 minutes until tender.
Stir in zucchini and continue to cook for 2 minutes.
Add soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds; mix and continue to cook for 5 minutes, or until zucchini is tender.
Remove from heat. Top with toasted sesame seeds and red pepper flakes.
