Ingredients

    32 Asparagus spears, fresh
    3 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 dash fresh ground black pepper
    2 Roma Tomato
    1 large Tomato
    3 Tbs Parmesan Cheese, grated




Tips

Great with pan seared chicken or fish for a flavorful light meal.


Directions

Trim asparagus.
Slice tomatoes.
Arrange asparagus in a shallow, microwavable dish. Add tomato slices.
Sprinkle with dried onion, garlic powder and balsamic vinegar.
Microwave on high for 4 minutes.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and fresh ground black pepper.
