Introduction

Ingredients

    1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh
    6 oz Silk Soy Yogurt Plain
    4 tbsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
    3 tsp Granulated Sugar
    .5 tsp Salt
    .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    .5 cup, grated Carrots, raw

Directions

Finely slice cabbage to make shreds or use a mandolin. Shred carrot and finely slice/dice onion (I use red onion for preferred flavor and added color). Mix yogurt, vinegar, sugar and salt together; add to cabbage mixture and toss together. Refrigerate for 30+ minutes to allow flavors to meld. To add some zip add some Frank's buffalo sauce to taste or hot sauce of your choice.
