Ingredients

    5 tbsp Fish Sauce
    0.25 cup Granulated Sugar
    2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
    1 cup water
    2 clove Garlic
    2 tsp Asian Chili Paste

Directions

Mixed fish sauce, water, sugar and vinegar together. Microwave for 2 minutes.
Let it cool completely before mix in chili paste and mint garlic.

Serving Size: 24 tbsp or 1.5 cups
