Ingredients

    8 oz StarKist Chunk Light Tuna in Water (5 oz can = 4 oz tuna)
    1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, Florida
    1 cup Kroger Italian Shredded Cheese
    3 tsp Garlic
    .5 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese
    1 tsp Himalayan Salt
    .25 tsp Pepper, black
    4 serving Kroger Brand 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Slims (1 thin bun = serving or 43g)
    1 serving Pam's Olive Oil Cooking Spray

Directions

Mash avocado, drain tuna then flake tuna. Mix first 6 ingredients in the bowl until smooth. Put 1/4 mixture on 1/2 of the sandwich slims. Gently press other 1/2 of sandwich slim on top. Spray fry pan with cooking spray. Over a medium heat cook until bread is golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
