Introduction

Great for colds, or just a start to the day. You make this up put it in a canning jar in your fridge and just mix with hot water as needed.

Ingredients

    2 fruit without seeds Lemons
    1 large (3-1/16" dia) Oranges
    1 cup Honey
    1 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root
    1 tbsp Ground tumeric

Tips

Tumeric can be strong if you aren't used to it. You can vary to taste


Directions

Slice Lemons and Oranges in very thin slices removing the seeds and put in a large mixing bowl.
Take 1 inch of ginger root and crush or dice very finely and add to the bowl
Add one cup of honey
Add one TBSP of tumeric

Mix well and add to mason jar and place it in the refridgerator

Add one TBSP to hot water and drink.
