Ingredients

1 cup Quacker Oats Old Fashion Oatmeal
0.33 cup Libby's 100% pure canned pumpkin
4 tbsp All Natural Raw Almond Butter (MaraNatha)
2 tbsp Honey
2 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp.
1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
.06 tbsp Aunt Jemima Light Maple Syrup (3tbsp) (by DAYNACAVES)
1 tsp Vanilla - Kirkland Pure Extract (by MIKNMEG)
5.28 tbsp chopped walnuts
5.28 tbsp Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips
2 large rectangular piece or 2 s Graham Crackers, plain, honey, or cinnamon
Directions
In a medium sized mixing bowl add in the flaxseed, pumpkin, cinnamon, walnuts, vanilla, and oats.
In a double boiler add in the honey, almond butter, and maple syrup to make mixing easier. Once melted add these into the oat mixture and stir together until completely mixed. put in fridge for 30 minutes. take out and roll into about 1 inch balls. put back in to fridge and melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler. also break up the graham crackers in to tiny piece.
Once chocolate is melted, bring the balls out and dip them into the chocolate and than into the graham cracker bits.
set back in the fridge and enjoy!
