Ingredients

    2 cup, slivered Almonds
    8 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
    1.5 cup, chopped Walnuts
    .75 cup Sunflower Seeds, with salt added
    1 cup, shredded Coconut, raw
    .25 cup Coconut Oil
    8 tbsp Flax Seed - Hodgson Mill Milled Flax Seed
    1 cup Maple Syrup
    8 tbsp Smucker's Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
    1 cup, packed Raisins
    1 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)

Tips


You may remove or add whatever ingredients you prefer. This recipe called for wheat germ or oat bran which I did not include.

If you want granola bars, bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.


Directions

Preheat Oven to 300 degrees. Mix all ingredients and spread on cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
