Ingredients

150 grams Cashew Nuts, dry roasted
120 grams Coconut Oil
100 grams Dates
100 grams Apricots, dried
50 grams Raw Cacao Powder
50 grams Navitas Naturals Raw Cacao Nibs
120 grams whey protein powder (or pea protein if you are vegan)
100 grams Ground almond
40 grams unsweetened dessicated coconut
20 grams raw Maca powder
20 grams Mesquite Powder
Tips
This recipe has no refined sugars and is sweetened by the dates and apricots. It is a raw recipe and can be made vegan by substituting the whey protein powder with pea protein powder.
These bites should always be served straight from the fridge or freezer.
Directions
Put all ingredients (except coconut oil) into a food processor and process until the consistency of breadcrumbs.
All coconut oil and process until well mixed and small balls form.
Roll mixture into 30 balls or press into a lined 20x20cm baking tin and refrigerate until firm (approx. 2 hours). Slice into 30 bite sized portions (if you chose not to roll them).
Keep in the fridge for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Absolutely delicious!
