Ingredients

120 grams Kraft Jell-o Brand Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Dessert (Jello)
1 cup Dole - Crushed Pineapple in 100% Pineapple Juice
2 cup Buttermilk, lowfat
120 grams Low fat cream cheese
1 container of cool whip, any type.
small marshmallows (optional) about 1 cup
Directions
Add 1 cup of crushed pineapple to saucepan and heat until hot. If using a 16 ounce can save for another batch or double the recipe.
When pineapple becomes hot, add 1 box of sugar free jello and mix until blended.
Remove from heat and add buttermilk and stir until blended.
Add softened cream cheese and stir until blended.
Add container of cool whip, any type and stir until blended.
Add small marshmallows (optional)
Serving Size: Makes 8 1 cup servings
