Ingredients

7 1/4 cup Oats, Quaker
8 1/2 cup Puffed Brown Rice
1 1/2 cup Honey
3/4 cup Real Maple syrup
6 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp vanilla
2 Tbsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine honey, maple syrup, and melted oil. Add salt (1 tsp), vanilla (2 Tbsp), or cinnamon (2 Tbsp) for flavor.
Add Oats and Puffed rice and mix thoroughly.
Spread in a single layer onto 3 parchment-lined cookie sheets.
Bake for 15 minutes, stir, then bake 15 minutes more.
Let cool.
Makes 15 cups.
