Ingredients

    1 meduim to large banana
    .5 cup skim milk
    1 cup low fat (Activa)
    2 cups frozen mixed fruit (Costco) (strawberry, pineapple, honey dew melon, red seedless grapes, mangos, & peaches No sugar added)

Directions

Mix in a blender
Note: for a thicker dessert, use less milk.
Note: This recipe makes approximately 4 cups. The serving shown for this recipe is 2 cups.
