Ingredients

7.5 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
8 tbsp (0.5 cup) Flax Seed - Hodgson Mill Milled Flax Seed
.5 cup, slivered Almonds
8 tbsp (0.5cup) Baker's Angel Flake Coconut Sweetened (by CALEKU)
0.5 cup, packed Raisins
24 tsp (0.5 cup) Truvia Natural Sweetener Brown Sugar Blend (by ASHLEY_ELAYNE)
1 serving Maple Syrup - Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup)
1 tsp Salt (optional)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Tips
I'm still adjusting ingredients so any comments to improve it are welcome
Directions
Heat 1/2 cup water with truvia brown sugar, maple syrup and salt until dissolved. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl, pour the liquid made above over the dry ingredients. Toss well. Coat a pan with non stick spray and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until crisp, stirring every 8-10 minutes. Let cool and then store in airtight container. Use over yogurt or as cereal.
Options- add spices Cinnamon, add/replace dried fruit, nuts to your liking.
