Ingredients

    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    0.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
    3 clove Garlic
    6 serving Base - Beef - Tone's - 15Cal/1-tsp (by ***DEBRA***)
    32 fl oz Tomato juice, without salt added
    910 gram(s) Bush's Best Cannellini Beans - White Kidney Beans (1/2 cup, 130 grams, 3.5 servings per container)
    3 serving Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can
    1 cup Bush's, Black Beans
    32 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round]
    .75 can (12 oz) yields Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
    .5 cup, diced Celery, raw
    .75 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    5 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw
    2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (by DVILL818)
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    2 tbsp Basil
    1 tsp Paprika

    6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1.25 cup Rotel diced tomato and green chiles (by BUMBA_178)
    .5 cup Wild Rice

Directions

Brown hamburger - drain fat.

Cook until softened - onions, peppers, celery and garlic.

Add hamburger and spices - mix well.

Add Rotel Tomatoes and Beef Base - mix well.

Add Tomato Juice and Water - stirring to mix well as added.

Add Wild Rice, Beans, Corn, Potatoes and Carrots.

Cook for a minimum of 1 hour - more to meld all of the ingredients together.
