    8.0 oz Cream Cheese
    0.33 cup Granulated Sugar
    0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2.0 oz (approx 60 pcs) Semisweet chocolate
    3.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    2.0 tbsp Canola Oil
    1.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    0.5 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    1.0 tsp Baking Powder
    0.5 tsp Salt
    0.75 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    0.25 cup Granulated Sugar
    0.5 cup Buttermilk, lowfat
    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2.0 tsp Vanilla Extract


Preheat oven to 350. Line 8*8 inches pan with foil and grease. Melt chocolate, butter and oil in microwave for 30 seconds at a time stirring in between. Whisk dry ingredients together. Add buttermilk and egg and vanilla. Batter will be thick. Reserve 1/4 cup of brownie batter. Scrape brownie into pan, then prepare cheesecake layer. Cream the cheese then add sugar, vanilla and egg until smooth . Drop reserved batter over cheesecake layer and swirl then bake for 40-45 minutes
