Ingredients

    1.0 cup muscle milk vanilla cream 1 scoop
    2.0 cup Great Value Greek Plain Nonfat yogurt 1cup/227g=1 serv
    1.0 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    15.0 serving Green Seedless Grapes -info is per 1 grape
    1.0 fruit without skin, medium Kiwi Fruit
    0.5 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) Pears, fresh
    0.5 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple
    2.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    1.0 cup, chopped Kale
    0.5 cup Spinach, fresh

Directions

Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass. For summer, pour into popsicle maker for a cool refresher.
