Ingredients

    2 boneless pork loin chops (4 oz. each)
    1 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tbsp Soy sauce (Tamari)
    2 tbsp Honey
    Pinch of red pepper flakes
    Pinch of onion flakes
    Pinch of pepper

Tips

Turn chops in sauce every 15 minutes or so and watch carefully near end of cooking time so the honey doesn't burn.


Directions

Mix sauce together and add chops, turning until covered. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until tender. Can marinate chops in sauce for several hours or overnight if you want.
