½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp cardamom
¾ tsp ginger
¼ tsp white pepper
1⁄4 tsp nutmeg

¼ cup cream cheese
1 tbsp vanilla
¾ cup sugar
1 egg
½ cup aquafaba
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup whole wheat flour
¼ cup cornstarch
½ tbsp baking powder
¾ tsp baking soda
2 tbsp rock sugar

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9” Bundt pan.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Spice Mixture. Set aside.
In a large bowl cream together the shortening, Scented Cinnamon Honey Butter, cream cheese, vanilla and sugar until well combined.
Add the egg and aqafaba, followed by the Spice Mixture, beating well.
Beat in the all-purpose flour, followed by all the buttermilk.
Beat in the whole wheat flour, cornstarch, baking powder and baking soda until smooth.
Fold in the rock sugar.
Pour into the prepared pan and tap on the counter to remove air bubbles.
Bake for 45 minutes, until a skewer comes out clean.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack and cool completely.
