Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cup Parsley ( 1 bunch, stems and all)
    2 cups Cilantro, raw (1 bunch, stems and all)
    2 clove Garlic
    2 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon plus the zest
    4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    4 Tbsp Heinz White Wine Vinegar (by AUALIBRA)
    1 tsp Kosher Salt (by SHIRTTALES)
    1 tsp Ground Cumin
    1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flake

Tips

This is great over fish, chicken, lamb, pork, beef...pretty much everything.

Great mixed in greek yogurt as a dip!

Please note after a day or two the sauce will loose some of the bight green color. It's still good, enjoy it!


Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Store in an air tight container up to 1 week.
