Ingredients

1 lb beef round sirloin tip steak (by LUANNE144)
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp C&H Pure Cane Granulated White Sugar
2 Tbsp cup Corn Starch
1/2 tsp Ginger, ground
3 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
1 small Onions diced
1 Med. Green Bell Pepper diced
2 tomatoes cut into wedges
Directions
1) Slice the steak into 1/2 inch thick slices across the grain, Dice onion and bell pepper.
2) Whisk together soy sauce, sugar, corn starch and ginger in a bowl until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is smooth. place the steak slices into the marinade, and stir until well coated.
3) Heat one tablespoon of vegetable in a wok or large skillet over medium high heat and place 1/3 of the steak strips in. cook and stir until the beef is well browned. Remove the beef from the pan and repeat process twice to brown the rest of the steak.
4) return all the cooked beef to the pan and stir in the onion. Toss together until the onion begins to soften, then stir in green pepper. Cook and stir the mixture until the peppers turn bright green and start to become tender. Add the tomatoes, stir everything together and serve. (We serve over brown rice)
