Ingredients

    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    50 Butter, unsalted
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.50 tsp Salt
    0.50 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    3 tbsp Honey
    6 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    40 gram(s) Apricot (dry, Kirkland)
    40 gram(s) Sweetened dry mango
    3 tbsp Coconut Flakes - Dry, Unsweetened
    2 cup Oat Meal (Quaker Oats - Old Fashioned - dry)
    30 grams Sunflower Seeds, without salt
    2 tbsp Barley Malt (by SAMINSOCKS)
    40 grams Raisins
    6 tbsp Tahini
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 serving EAS whey protein - 1 scoop=30gr or 23gr of dry powder = protein and 130 calories

Tips

Try other dry fruit according to taste and availability, such as raspberries, figs, apple, papaya, cherries etc or skip them entirely and just add some cocoa powder and chocolate chips!


Directions

Preheat oven to 180 deg. Celsius. Mix all dry ingredients. Soften butter and mix with honey. Add the egg, some vanilla extract and incorporate well. Add butter mix to dry ingredients and combine slowly with a spoon. You will have a crumbly mixture. Line parchment paper to a 20 by 25 cm tray, covering sides too. Fill with the cereal bar mix press and level it. Cut halfway along the long side. The same along the sort side every 3.5 cm or so to cut all the bars. Cook in middle position 25 to 28 minutes. When baked, place parchment paper with baked bars on a rack and let it cool.
