Ingredients

    16 oz Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast)
    1.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    1 serving Zuchini squash, raw (by KRILLFURY)
    113 gram Squash, Summer (Zucchini & Yellow) 1 cup
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 serving Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Directions

Sear pork on all sides after seasoning. Place into crock pot. Sprinkle contents of lipton onion soup mix over meat. Add in bite sized choped vegetables, potatos and mushrooms. Poor 2 cups of water over top. Close Crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4.

Serving Size: 3 oz or pork and 1-2 cups of assorted vegetables
