    1 Packet Instant Cream of Wheat Cereal
    2/3 cup water
    2 tbsp canned pumpkin
    dash cinnamon
    dash nutmeg
    dash allspice
    1 packet Splenda


Microwave or boil water and prepare cream of wheat as directed on package. In a separate bowl, mix together pumpkin, spices, and Splenda. If desired, microwave for about 10 seconds or until warm. Mix into the cream of wheat cereal. Serve immediately. Makes one serving.

    I love this recipe. I have made it every morning since I found it. I premix the pumpkin pie part and keep it in the fridge so it is ready every morining. - 4/30/07

    Good additions to cream of wheat. I had more calories as I used a package of instant whole grain cream of wheat that is 150 calories. I usually eat oatmeal but thought I would try this. - 3/16/17

    Perfect! My youngest won't eat Cream of Wheat but I was able to get her to eat some of this today and she loved it! This recipe is quick to prepare and can be tweaked to suit a variety of tastes. Wonderful! - 4/25/16

    Very Good
    This is one of regular breakfast items. I use regular cook cream of wheat though, and make a batch that I just keep ready in the fridge I also use twice the pumkin. - 9/5/12

    I did try and it is tasty! But I think I'd prefer more pumpkin - like ALILDUCKLING. I will try it with 4 TBL tomorrow.
    I also used Cinnamon Cream of Wheat since that is what I have on hand -- more calories but delicious!
