Introduction

This is the perfect chop salad. It is a great base to build upon. I love adding red onion, feta or salami too depending on what I feel like. You can't make this salad wrong. Everything is to taste! Ingredients

    2.0 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)
    3.0 large (8-1/4" long) Cucumber (peeled)
    3.0 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes
    10.0 tbsp Cilantro, raw
    1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1.0 tsp Salt
    2.0 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime

Directions

Just cut everything up. Toss and enjoy!
