Ingredients

    1 cup milk, full fat
    250 grams cooking cream, full fat
    1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    2 Tbsp butter, unsalted
    1 box Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Linguine, 100% Whole Grain
    1 can green peas, green, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt
    25 large shrimp, cooked
    7 cloves of garlic, minced
    6 medium mushrooms, diced
    1 tsp nutmeg, ground
    1 Tbsp black pepper
    1 Tbsp parsley, dried

Directions

1. In a large sauce pan, warm olive oil and butter over medium high. Add garlic and saute for 45 seconds. Add mushrooms and continue sauteing until golden brown. 2. Add drained peas and stir gently to combine. 3. Add cream and stir. Cook to reduce and add milk and spices. 4. When sauce thickens, add shrimp and continue to cook for five minutes. 5. Prepare pasta according to directions on box. Drain and add to sauce. Toss to combine. 6. Enjoy!
