Directions

Chop up green onions and mince garlic. Put Rice Pin Noodles in a plate, cover with cling wrap loosely and microwave it for 2 minutes to soften noodles. Loosen it up.

Heat up 2 tbsp oil. When it starts smoking, put garlic in and stir fry. Add ground pork and stir fry till pork is cooked. Then add a drizzle of soy sauce, dollop of oyster sauce, drizzle of kecap manis (sweet soy sauce), drizzle of fish sauce, continue frying for about 10 seconds, add water, let simmer for about 2-3 minutes.

Meantime, in a pot bring some water to a boil and cook noodles for two minutes. Then stir noodles and drain water.

Time to go back to the wok, drizzle sweet soy sauce and mix it around and add some more water. Put in a dash of pepper and drizzle of sesame oil. Turn off heat, place noodles in a bowl and dish it over noodles.
