Introduction

Great as an appetizer or snack. I limited the recipe to my idea of one serving, but of course I always make extra for my guests! Great as an appetizer or snack. I limited the recipe to my idea of one serving, but of course I always make extra for my guests!

Ingredients

2 pepper Jalapeno Peppers about 4 inches in length
2 tbsp Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese
1 serving Hormel Natural Choice 100% Natural Uncured Bacon (by PMRODGERS)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375.

Split peppers in half; you can clean out seeds and membranes using the side of a spoon. Use one tablespoon of cream cheese per each pepper, splitting that amount between two halves. Wrap with bacon slice (small peppers, less bacon). Cook at 375 degrees, checking after 15 minutes until bacon is crisped, about 20-25 minutes.
