Ingredients
-
12 serving COUNTRY CREEK FARMS Large Eggs (1 egg - 12 serv) (by ROBOKOP)
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Kroger shredded Sharp Cheddar
8 serving Jennie O Hot Turkey Breakfast Sausage 2oz serving (by HONEY323)
4 fl oz Milk, 1%
1 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen
1 serving 1/2 Onion (white), chopped
1 tsp Frank's Red Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce
.5 tsp Salt
1 serving Garlic Salt, 1/4 tsp
.5 tsp Pepper, black
Tips
You could probably add different veggies or green onion. This is just what I had.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown turkey sausage in a skillet and drain grease. Set aside.
Crack all twelve eggs into a large bowl with milk and whisk together. Prepare frozen spinach as indicated on box (I microwaved), and drain. Add cheese, hot sauce, and seasonings to egg mixture. Add onion (this was actually 1/2 cup, not half onion...it was from my garden, then frozen so I thawed). Once sausage and spinach are cooled enough that they won't cook the egg, add to the egg mixture. Stir all the contents, then pour into greased 9x13 pan (I used glass). Bake for 1 hour, or until toothpick comes out clean. With a very preheated oven, mine cooked perfectly at one hour on the second rack down from the top. All seasonings are really to taste. Enjoy!
