Ingredients

    1.9 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.25 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    1.0 dash Salt
    1.0 tsp Pepper, black
    1.8 serving Louis Rich Turkey Bacon (1 slice)
    2.0 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
    0.15 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded

Directions

Dice bacon and onion. Cook the bacon, put to the side. Crack eggs into bowl; add milk, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add to pan. Let cook and add some cheese then add onion and bacon. Fold in half and put on plate. Put a little more cheese on top of omelette. And now you enjoy.
