Introduction

Easy to make southern style greens dish. Easy to make southern style greens dish.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 Onion diced coursely
    2 Chicken Apple Sausages, sliced 1/4" thick
    1 lb Trader Joe's Southern Greens Blend (mustard greens, turnip greens, spinach & collard greens)
    2 cups Chicken Broth
    1 can White Kidney Beans
    salt & pepper to taste
    tabasco optional

Directions

Cook onions over medium heat until soft in large pot. Add sausage, greens and chicken broth. Stir to blend all ingredients. Simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. Add white beans continue cooking for 10 minutes more or until greens are tender. Season with salt & pepper. Tabasco optional.
