Ingredients

    5 serving Knox Gelatin (1 envelope) (by WOMYN42)
    2 serving Great Lakes Gelatin Collagen Hydrolysate Unflavored Beef Kosher serving size 2 Tbs (12 g)
    16 oz rotisserie chicken, garlic butter flavor, walmart (3 oz) (by POPPEE)
    3 cup Pictsweet seasoning blend, frozen (by ERTHMOM7)
    4 tsp Chili powder
    2 tsp Onion powder
    2 tsp Garlic powder
    5 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (by DVILL818)
    8 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
    1 tbsp Liquid Smoke (by JO_JO_BA)
    2.5 serving diced tomatoes & green chilies RoTel 10oz canned (by LEEISME2)
    1.5 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
    4 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium
    8 serving Great Value Frozen Califlower (by DOPKIGIRL)
    3 cup slices Okra, frozen, cooked
    6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    3 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nature's Way Pure Extra Virgin
    8 serving 1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder (by ANEWAY)

Directions

Chop chicken. Add to large pot with all spices and flavorings, seasoning blend, until veggies defrost. Add Rotel and diced tomatoes and chicken broth and let simmer. Boil the 6 cups of water. Place frozen cauliflower into blender with 3 cups of boiling water and puree until smooth. Add creamed cauliflower to soup pot. Then add frozen okra, remaining 3 cups of boiling water, gelatin, collagen and coconut oil to blender and blend until completely smooth. Add this mixture to soup pot and continue to simmer.
