Ingredients

    1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tbsp Butter, salted
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    0.7 cup Milk - Skim (Non Fat)
    0.3 white Vinegar

Directions

mix milk and vinegar to turn it "sour". add egg and butter to the wet mix. whisk together. add dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. mix the wet mixture with the dry mixture. in a non stick pan, pour in a ladle-full of the mixture. when it starts to bubble, flip the pancake.
