Introduction

Ingredients

    1 serving 10oz Box Barilla whole wheat pasta noodles
    1 serving 4 Pack Chicken breast
    1 serving 16oz Lite Italian salad dressing
    1 serving 1 Cup of Creole Grape tomatoes

Tips

Make sure everything is cooked well


Directions

Boil noodles about 10 to 12 minutes, or squeeze to see if they are no longer hard.
Rinse and cut tomatoes in half, or in fours (depending on the sizes you like them).
Rinse chicken breast and season with a dash of black pepper, creole season, meat tenderizer and Worcestershire sauce.
Add chicken to skillet and let simmer until tender, cut in chunks and add to food processor to shred.
In a bowl mix noodles, tomatoes, shredded chicken and add lite Italian salad dressing to your likings.
