Ingredients

16 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin
1 tsp Salt
.5 tsp Pepper, black
6 oz Philadelphia 1/3 less fat Neufchatel Cheese
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
2 tsp Parsley, dried
.5 tsp Salt
.25 tsp Pepper, black
2 serving Cheese, Sargento String, Reduced Fat Mozarella, 1 stick
.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Cook ground beef seasoned with some of the salt and pepper until browned. Place in a casserole pan. In another pan, sprinkle salt and pepper on mushrooms and onions and sauté them in butter until soft. In a bowl blend cream cheese adding eggs, one at a time until thoroughly incorporated. Add cream cheese mixture to ground beef and mix it up. Place sauteed mushrooms on top of ground beef mixture. Grate mozzarella on top. Sprinkle with parsley, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 25 minutes until solid.
