Ingredients

4 cup diced Potato, raw
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
5 tbsp Butter, unsalted
5 Tbsp. flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
.5 tsp Salt
.5 tsp Pepper, white
1 1/3 cups dry milk powder
10 oz. can Crown Prince Boiled baby Clams
1 cup Peas, frozen
Directions
Place potatoes and diced onions in a pan. Barely cover with water. Cook until tender.
Drain clams, reserving fluid. Set aside.
Melt butter in another pan. Add flour and mix well. Add watter to clam broth to make it equal 3 3/4 cup. Blend in milk powder. Add milk mixture to pan. Add salt and pepper. Cook until bubbly and thickened.
Add to potatoes and onions. Add frozen peas and drained clams. Heat through.
Serving Size: Makes 8 1-cup servings
