Introduction
This is how I like my burger. Sometimes I leave off the guacamole. This is how I like my burger. Sometimes I leave off the guacamole.Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients
-
2 serving Franz Mountain White Gluten Free Bread
2.5 oz Ground beef, lean
4 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
1 tbsp Cream Cheese
1 TBSP Wholly Guacamole (Optional)
Tips
I also like to use a cast iron skillet and cook it over a grill.
Directions
Toast bread in a non-stick pan. Add 1/2 TBSP cream cheese to each piece of bread after you flip it over. Cook til toasted and cream cheese softens.
Pound out beef into a patty.
Put onions in non-stick skillet with a touch of water (maybe a tsp.) Stir them around until they cook a little, then place the patty on top of the onions. Cover and let cook for about 2 minutes.
Flip burger getting as many onions onto the top as you can. This doesn't have to be perfect.
Add guacamole to one side of the sandwich. Place burger patty on top of the guacamole with onions side up (it keeps it from squishing all the onions and guacamole out of the sandwich.)
ENJOY!
