Directions
Cut onions and potatoes into 1/2inch pieces . Put 1 table spoon oil
in a pan when heated add mustard and cumin seeds when splatered add asaefoetida and ginger garlic paste and add onions and potatoes. Add some salt after saulte for little while add karela add turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin/coriander powder cook it covered till tender. Then add Gud and cook on midium heat covered till little crispy. Its done..
