    4 oz Whole Wheat Penne (dry)
    2 oz Feta Cheese
    160 grams Red Ripe Tomatoes
    0.35 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)

Directions

Cook Pasta, drain and set aside
quarter grape tomatoes
dice red onion
toss together, pasta, onion, cherry tomato and feta cheese
top with olive oil, vinegar and salt and pepper
