Ingredients

    4 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    .25 cup Honey
    .33 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 oz (24 whole kernels) Almonds, rough chopped
    .33 cup Coconut Oil

Directions

Melt oil, stir in honey, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour over oats and nuts, stir until well combined. Bake on parchment lined cookie sheet at 300* for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Let cool on sheet, break up and store in airtight container. Can add dried fruit before serving.
